Wet and Dry Shotcrete
The Aliva 267 is a multi-functional machine of modular construction for the application of wet and dry shotcrete using the thin stream method. Unique features of the Aliva 267 are easy handling, functionality and flexibility.

Application
The machine is suitable for many applications including excavation protection, rock stabilisation, slope protection, hydropower projects, tunnelling and mining and output capacities range from 4-21m3/hr. The machine is available with 2 rotor sizes – 15.5L and 26.5L

Features
Depending on the machine version, all of the components of the AL267, including the accelerator dosing unit, automatic lubrication system and rotor speed regulator are compact and integrated underneath the machine cover. Opening the cover will automatically stop the rotor from turning and shut the air flow to the machine. The machine has a pneumatic 3 point clamping device which automatically compensates for longer hose lengths. The machine is constructed to allow for easy handling and cleaning of all components. The unique steel on steel sealing system using vulcolanic dust sealing rotor plates ensure very low wear rates and no more interruption for changing plates.
