Wet and Dry Shotcrete
The Aliva 257 is a universal machine for the application of both wet and dry shotcrete using the thin stream method and is available in both electric and air versions. Changing from wet shotcrete to dry shotcrete does not require parts to be changed and only requires cleaning and drying of the machine.

Application
The AL-257 is a newly designed very compact machine weighing just 750Kgs and will adapt to every job site with its ease of installation and operation and is suitable for many applications from small concrete repair jobs up to tunnelling and mining applications using both wet and dry shotcrete.

Features
The AL-257 has an output capacity range of 0.7 – 9.6m3/hr (with 3 rotor sizes) It is equipped with a fully automatic lubrication system and the rotor speed can be adjusted to specific job site needs. The machine has an emergency stop button to stop the rotor turning and closes the air supply main valve enabling safe working and compliance with the new EU standard. The integrated exhaust system and a newly designed hopper allow a high volume of material through the rotor chamber leading to low pulsation and less rebound. The AL-257 is equipped with high tech aluminium rotors and is operated with steel on steel wear and rotor plates ensuring much less wear, less downtime and more economical machine operation.
