Concrete Spraying Equipment

Aliva offers a comprehensive range of machines for dry or wet process shotcreting, from small sturdy rotor machines and dosing units up to highly mechanised shotcreting systems.

Aliva 263 / Aliva 285 Machines

The Aliva 263 and 285 machines are sturdily constructed twin axle
concrete spraying machines for the processing of wet or dry mixes.
The working of both of these machines is based on the rotor principle.
The concrete mix is transported by the thin-stream method (compressed air stream) up to the nozzle, where water and admixtures are added.

The Aliva 263 and 285 machines are available in either air or electric
drive versions. Changing from dry mix spraying to wet mix spraying
can be done without any modifications to the machine or additional
components. A wide range of original and wearing parts and accessories allows for maximum machine performance and easy maintenance.
