Concrete Spraying Equipment

Aliva offers a comprehensive range of machines for dry or wet process shotcreting, from small sturdy rotor machines and dosing units up to highly mechanised shotcreting systems.
Aliva 246 / Aliva 252 Machines

The Aliva 246 and 252 machines are compact, very sturdy
concrete spraying machines for the spraying of dry mixes.
The working of both of these machines is based on the rotor
principle. The concrete mix is transported by the thin - stream
method (compressed air stream) up to the nozzle, where
water is added. The Aliva 246 & 252 machines are available
in either air or electric drive versions. The compact design of
both machines allow for working in confined spaces and
for easy manoeuvrability. A wide range of original spare
and wearing parts and accessories allows for maximum
machine performance and easy maintenance.

The Aliva 246 is a multi-purpose machine suitable for a variety of
applications. Due to its variable output, it can be used for small
jobs such as joint filling and concrete repair work and for larger
jobs such as slope consolidation, tunnel rehabilitation, refractory
spraying and swimming pool construction.

The Aliva 252 is an easy to operate concrete spraying machine
and offers double output capacity of the Aliva 246. The machine
is available with two different rotors which determine output performance.
The Aliva 252 is designed for use in mines, galleries, slope stabilisation, excavation support, reservoir and tunnel lining and backfilling.
